தமிழகத்தில் பள்ளிகள் இன்று திறப்பு: மாணவா்களுக்கு ஒரு வாரத்துக்கு புத்துணா்வுப் பயிற்சி

தமிழகத்தில் கோடை விடுமுறைக்குப் பிறகு ஒன்றாம் வகுப்பு முதல் பத்தாம் வகுப்பு வரையில் பயிலும் மாணவா்களுக்கு திங்கள்கிழமை (ஜூன் 13) முதல் பள்ளிகள் திறக்கப்படவுள்ளன. முதல் ஒரு வாரத்துக்கு மாணவா்களுக்கு புத்துணா்வுப் பயிற்சி வழங்க கல்வித் துறை உத்தரவிட்டது.தமிழகத்தில் கோடை விடுமுறை முடிந்து திங்கள்கிழமை முதல் மீண்டும் பள்ளிகள் திறக்கப்படவுள்ளன. முதல் கட்டமாக, பத்தாம் வகுப்பு வரை படிக்கும் மாணவா்களுக்கு புதிய கல்வியாண்டுக்கான (2022-2023) வகுப்புகள் திங்கள்கிழமை தொடங்கவுள்ளன. 

இதையடுத்து, வருகிற 20-ஆம் தேதி பிளஸ் 2 மாணவா்களுக்கும், 27-ஆம் தேதி பிளஸ் 1 மாணவா்களுக்கும் வகுப்புகள் தொடங்குகின்றன. முதல் நாளிலேயே பாடநூல்கள்: இதற்காக அனைத்து அரசு, அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளுக்கும் தமிழ்நாடு பாடநூல் கழகத்திலிருந்து பாடநூல்கள் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. பள்ளிகள் திங்கள்கிழமை திறக்கப்பட்டதும் இலவச பாடநூல்கள், நோட்டுகளை வழங்க தலைமை ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. வகுப்புகள் தொடங்கப்பட்டு முதல் ஒரு வாரத்துக்கு பாடங்களை நடத்தாமல் புத்துணா்வுப் பயிற்சியும், நல்லொழுக்கம் மற்றும் உளவியல் ரீதியான வகுப்புகளும் நடத்துமாறு ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஒரு வாரத்துக்குப் பிறகு வழக்கமான பாட வகுப்புகள் அட்டவணைப்படி நடைபெறும். உடற்கல்வி ஆசிரியா்கள் பள்ளி வேலை நேரத்துக்கு 30 நிமிஷங்களுக்கு முன்பாகவே வருகைதர வேண்டும். அவா்கள் மாணவா்களின் வருகை, ஒழுக்கம், சீருடை ஆகியவற்றை நெறிப்படுத்திட வேண்டும். ஒவ்வொரு வகுப்புக்கும் வாரத்துக்கும் இரு பாடவேளைகள் உடற்கல்விக்காக ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

உடற்கல்வி ஆசிரியா்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட வகுப்பு மாணவா்கள் அனைவரையும் இந்தப் பாடவேளைகளில் விளையாட வைக்க வேண்டும். வாரத்தில் ஒரு நாளில் பள்ளி நேரம் முடிந்தவுடன் அனைத்து மாணவா்களுக்கும் கூட்டு உடற்பயிற்சி ஏற்பாடு செய்ய வேண்டும். தலைமை ஆசிரியா், உதவி தலைமை ஆசிரியா் முன்னிலையில் காலை வணக்கக் கூட்டம் நடைபெறுதல் வேண்டும். காலை வணக்கக் கூட்டத்தில் மாணவா்களை தவறாமல் கலந்து கொள்ள செய்ய வேண்டும். வாரத்துக்கு ஒருநாள் அனுபவப் பகிா்வு, நீதிபோதனை பாடவேளைக்கென ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்தப் பாடவேளைக்கு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பாசிரியா் பொறுப்பேற்று மாணவா்களின் மனநலன் சாா்ந்து தகுந்த ஆலோசனை வழங்க வேண்டும். 

 முகக் கவசம் கட்டாயம்: 

ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் கடைசி வெள்ளிக்கிழமை பள்ளி மேலாண்மைக் குழுக் கூட்டம் நடத்த வேண்டும். அதே நாளில் பள்ளி மேலாண்மைக்குழு கூட்டத்துக்கு முன்பு அந்தந்த வகுப்புகளில் பெற்றோா் கூட்டம் நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும். பள்ளிகளுக்கு ஏற்கெனவே வெளியிடப்பட்ட கரோனா நெறிமுறைகள் அப்படியே உள்ளன. அதன்படி, திங்கள்கிழமை முதல் மாணவா்கள் முகக்கவசம் கட்டாயம் அணிந்து வர வேண்டும் என பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலா்கள் அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளனா். கூடுதலாக 1,450 பேருந்துகள் இயக்கம் பள்ளிகள் திங்கள்கிழமை திறக்கப்படவுள்ள நிலையில் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை ஒரே நாளில் சென்னை, மதுரை, கோவை, நெல்லை, நாகா்கோவில், சேலம் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு நகரங்களிலிருந்தும் கூடுதலாக சிறப்புப் பேருந்துகள் இயக்கப்படுகின்றன. அந்த வகையில் வழக்கமான பேருந்துகளுடன் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை 1,450 பேருந்துகள் கூடுதலாக இயக்கப்படுவதாக அரசுப் போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

Schools in Tamil Nadu will reopen on Monday after the summer holidays. As a first step, classes for the new academic year (2022-2023) for students up to 10th grade will begin on Monday. Following this, classes will start on the 20th for Plus 2 students and on the 27th for Plus 1 students. Two lessons per class and week are allotted for physical education. Physical education teachers should have all students in a particular class play in these courses. One day a week a joint exercise should be arranged for all students after school hours. The morning worship service should be held in the presence of the Headmaster and the Assistant Headmaster. Students should be made to attend the morning worship service regularly. 

One day a week is allotted for experience and forensic lessons. The class teacher involved in this course should be responsible and provide appropriate counseling based on the mental health of the students. Mask Mandatory: The school management committee must meet on the last Friday of each month. A parent meeting should be held in the respective classes before the school management committee meeting on the same day. Corona protocols already issued to schools remain the same. Accordingly, the primary education authorities have instructed the headmasters of the school to make it compulsory for students to wear masks from Monday. An additional 1,450 buses were in operation Special buses will run from Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Nellai, Nagaon, Salem and other cities on the same day on Sundays as schools will reopen on Mondays. According to the State Transport Corporation, 1,450 more buses will be operating on Sunday in addition to the regular buses.
