General Manager - Operations
As GM - Operations, you'll be responsible for handling the day to day operations like
OP/IP/OT/ICU/Day care services/Front Office/Guest Relations, etc. You need to be a
MBA/MHM graduate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate hospital.
General Manager - Human Resource
As GM- Human Resource, you'll have exposure to a large work force in a hospital set up.
You should be well versed in recruitment, training and development, performance
appraisal, employee welfare and statutory requirements. We need a Post Graduate in
Labour Laws with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
General Manager - Security
We need a retired Army/Police personnel with exposure to hospital environment.
Fluency in local language is a must.

An MBA/MHM Graduate with a minimum of 5 - 8 years leadership experience in a large
hospital is required. Industry Preferred skill sets, familiarity with computerized
accounting and good exposure to inventory control would be ideal.
You need to be a Post Graduate with thorough knowledge in procurement/
computerized account management in a large-sized hospital. Weightage would be
given if you have exposure to projects and civil works.
