நீட் முதுநிலை தேர்வில் ‘கட் ஆப்’ மதிப்பெண் பூஜ்ஜியமாக குறைப்பு

இளநிலை மருத்துவ படிப்புகள் மற்றும் முதுநிலை மருத்துவ படிப்புகளில் சேருவதற்கான தகுதித்தேர்வை (நீட் தேர்வு) தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நடத்தி வருகிறது.  அதன்படி நாடு முழுவதும் பிளஸ்-2 முடித்த மாணவ-மாணவிகள் நீட் தேர்வு எழுதி அதன் மூலம் அரசு மருத்துவ கல்லூரிகளில் சேர்ந்து படித்து வருகின்றனர். 

இந்த நிலையில், நீட் முதுநிலை தேர்வில் ‘கட் ஆப்’ மதிப்பெண் பூஜ்ஜியமாக குறைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நீட் தேர்வில் ‘கட் ஆப்’ மதிப்பெண் பூஜ்ஜியமாக எடுத்திருந்தாலும் எம்.டி, எம்.எஸ்., படிப்புக்கான கலந்தாய்வில் பங்கேற்கலாம் என்று மத்திய அரசின் மருத்துவ கலந்தாய்வு குழு அறிவித்துள்ளது. 

இது குறித்து வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில், “நீட் முதுகலை படிப்புகளுக்கான தகுதி சதவீதம் (மருத்துவம்/ பல் மருத்துவம்) என்பது விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் கலந்தாய்வில் அனைத்து வகைகளிலும் பூஜ்ஜியமாக குறைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஏற்கனவே பதிவு செய்துள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் மீண்டும் பதிவு செய்ய தேவையில்லை. 

இருப்பினும், அவர்கள் தங்கள் விருப்பங்களைத் திருத்த அனுமதி அளிக்கப்படும். முதுநிலை கலந்தாய்விற்கான சுற்று-3 முதல் புதிய அட்டவணை விரைவில் மருத்துவ கலந்தாய்வுக் குழு இணையதளத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும். மேலும் புதுப்பிப்புகளுக்கு மருத்துவ கலந்தாய்வுக் குழு இணையதளத்துடன் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுமாறு விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்” என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The National Examinations Agency conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) annually for admission to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical Courses. As a result, students from all across the country who have completed their Plus-2 education take the NEET exam, which serves as their gateway to government medical colleges.

In a significant development, the 'cut-off' mark for NEET Masters has been lowered to zero. The Central Government Medical Counseling Committee has officially declared that candidates who score even zero marks in the NEET examination can participate in the counseling process for MD and MS courses.

In an official statement, it was announced, “The qualifying percentage for NEET Post Graduate Courses (Medical/Dental) has been set to zero for all categories during the candidate consultation. Those who have already registered do not need to re-register; however, they can update their preferences. The revised schedule for the third round of Master's counseling will soon be available on the Medical Counseling Board's website. Candidates are advised to stay tuned to the Medical Advisory Committee's website for further updates.”
