காலாண்டுத் தேர்வை அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களுக்கும் பொதுத் தேர்வாக (Common Quarterly Exam) நடத்த மாநிலத் திட்ட இயக்குநர் உத்தரவு

Discussion meeting on National Achievement Survey based test and Quarterly Examination was held at the State Project Office on 21.08.2023 headed by the State Project Director. During the meeting, it was discussed that the State Assessment Cell, SCERT will prepare question papers for conducting Learning Outcome / Competency Based Test (NAS based) for classes 6 to 9 for the month of August 2023 and Term-l Summative Assessment and Quarterly examination for classes 6 to 12 in September 2023. In this regard, a common timetable for Term-1 Summative Assessment and Quarterly examination based on the school calendar and a Standard Operating Procedure for conducting the examination was prepared by the SCERT, attached herewith for communication. In this context, a test run will be conducted to check the capacity of the web- portal (https://exam.tnschools.gov.in) and the status of the distributed printers from 29th August 2023 to 1st September 2023. The Learning Outcome / Competency Based Test (NAS based) can be a test run. The communication regarding the Learning Outcome / Competency Based Test (NAS based) has already been sent to the districts. In this regard, the Director, Directorate of School Education, and the Directorate of Elementary Education is requested to communicate the Term-l Summative Assessment and Quarterly examination to all districts as early as possible for the smooth conduct of examination.
